06/25/2012Carmignac Gestion appoints Jean-Baptiste de Franssu and David Loggia as directors
Carmignac Gestion has announced the appointment of two external directors, Jean-Baptiste de Franssu, CEO of INCIPIT, a specialist strategy consulting company, and former president of Efama (European Fund and Asset Management Association), and David Loggia, a former fund manager at Carmignac Gestion.

Jean-Baptiste de Franssu held the position of CEO at Invesco Europe and was a member of the Invesco Global Management Committee until late October 2011.

David Loggia joined Carmignac Gestion as a European Equity Analyst in 2003, and then was promoted in 2005 to become co-Manager of the Carmignac Grande Europe fund, a post he held until May 2011.
David Loggia previously worked for BT Funds Management in Sydney as a US and European Equity analyst.
